Return Policy

Returns are excepted within 7 days on BRAND NEW items only. Please email sales@sneakerdistrict.com first with your order number stating you would like to return the items. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased with all original contents. When returning your items, the items must be double boxed to protect the shoes and shoebox. A refund will be given minus shipping charges.

A full refund will be issued If you received the wrong item. Please email sales@sneakerdistrict.com if this occurs. The items must be returned and received withith 7 days in the same condition as they were received.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business. The shipping price is calculated based on the items you order, your location and the type of shipping service you choose. We do this to give our customers the best shipping price possible.  Insurance is recommended but it is optional for a small fee. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. All items are double boxed to protect the condition of the shoes and shoebox.
